# Find “The Line” When It Comes To Implied Testimonials

It’s pretty clear that RIAs are prohibited from using client testimonials in advertising. But what about case studies and client stories? These can feel like a grey area for compliance and, for that reason, some firms choose to avoid client stories all together.
