In times of crisis, many of our clients struggle to find the right tone with their messaging. Some RIAs slow down their outreach in uncertain times, but that can give the impression that the firm is indifferent to current events. Acknowledging an ongoing crisis is the right move — as long as you can relate it back to your area of expertise.
