Nearly two-thirds of Millennial and Gen Z investors recognize the value of working with an advisor—but according to new research from Fidelity Investments, only one in five advisors has an asset-weighted client age under 60. But even though younger investors are hungry for financial guidance, RIAs haven't made much progress in capturing their business.
